Safari Beach Hotel Patong

The location was the best part of staying in Pattaya. Was near the beach and shopping and restaurants. Also great customer service from the staff.

Yes, the air conditioning system are old and leaked all over the floor during my stay. They also need to change the filter since my other 2 friends stated they got sick from air conditioning conditions.

Accessible for all places to visit and just across the road is the beach sidewalk.

The continuous noise of flowing water can be heard inside the room. Swimming pool is small and very close to the restaurant that can be visible to passers by.

The location was perfect! Right on the beach, and close to all the action. My room was isolated enough away from the street that I did not hear very much noise and I could sleep well, undisturbed. The hotel had excellent staff, professional services, and they even treated my guests well. I will definitely come back again very soon!

The system showed in facility that there are car parking available but have to reserve, but when I booked finish the hotel text me immediately that there aren’t, however can park at the service area where close to the hotel and not guaranty are there available because of new year night. When I got there that parking area was completely full and I ask the help from the staff are there others parking lot can I go, and she can’t help me fix the problem she just say I would pull over my car somewhere and after countdown finish I just take the car back , practically I can’t do that because of traffic rules moreover she said that if I can’t check in before 2-3 am the room will be canceled automatically but she would hold for me . The hotel should provide the way to support the tourist in the festival like this and train staff to be good at support the guest with service assistance

Great location of the hotel 2 minutes from the Patong Beach and Bangla street, which at the same time might not be for everyone as this place is definitely more busy and load due to it's location. Hotel was very clean staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious well equipped and comfortable. Overall great place

The pool is not very private as it can be reachable by anyone from outside the hotel and right next to a busy restaurantIt can be a bit noisy in the evening (they do provide ear plugs if needed)More pricey than some alternatives in the area (however still worth it)

Room was nice, overlooked the pool on the balcony and was very spacious.

Really affordable hotel super close to Patong Beach. Super clean and spacious depending on the room you get. Staff are great and go above and beyond to help out.

I did not have an issue with this but I can imagine for some the stairs would be a struggle.

Too close for me to the noise and chaos of Bangla. Slept well but if you were in room closer to that road can see it being a problem.

I booked a normal double room for 1 night which was on the upper floor. Since I had knee pain, I requested them for a room in the lower floor at the very last moment. They upgraded our room at the ground floor without any extra charge. The reception staffs were always happy to help. Room was clean and well furnished. Pool was nice. The location of the hotel was very good. Very near to the beach and restaurants around. We would definitely like to come back again.

It’s such an old hotel , rooms are super old not upgraded at all (they got also upgraded room) tv not clean, sheets in bed didn’t smell good and some part was torn, pillows and blanket r old , bathroom not updated, (water at the shower was great though). I would never stay in this hotel again not worth the $92 per night (even though I arrived to Phuket at the pick season)Bater to pay extra money and go stay somewhere else Stuff was nice and kind Location is 2 min walk from Bangala road and not that noisy

Good location, close to beach and east access to nightlife.

NOISE - almost impossible to sleep unless comatose from drinking. If you're a party person this might suit you. Bass from bars and night clubs until 0700am.Other guests returning with 'new' friends from the red light area coming and going throughout the night.Pillows like bricks - so bring your own.Accom tired and in need of a deep clean and repaint.

Everything else..room was old and dated the walk way to the room was the absolute worst, wet floors, smelt of old mold and must, shoes lying every where, housekeeping trolly filled the hall way walk way. I checked my mum in then I checked her straight out again. I was not happy to leave her there
